|Young People's Counselling|
At Bickerley Counselling we understand that young people may need help with many difficult and challenging situations and circumstances.
You may be suffering from depression, anxiety, low self-esteem or lack of self-confidence.
You may have problems with relationships, or issues of identity, including sexual identity, or you may have experienced physical, emotional or sexual abuse.
You may be coping with your parents’ separation or divorce or being a carer for parents or siblings.
Perhaps you are struggling to manage anger or grief. You may be feeling like harming yourself.
You may be facing exam pressure, not sure what you want to do with your life; you may be feeling ‘stuck’ in mapping out the future.
Are you being bullied or are you worried about using alcohol or drugs?
It may be difficult to talk to family or friends...
Our many years’ experience of working with young people enables us to offer you a safe, professional and confidential environment in which to air your concerns. We can also help you to link up with other appropriate agencies who may be able to help you.
If you are under 16 we need parental permission to work with you.
Our normal fees may be re-negotiated if you are on a low income.
